The shop
Daitoku Ramen is a family-run ramen house on Friendship Highway in Angeles City. The menu runs from tonkotsu and tantanmen through donburi, maki rolls, and sides built to go with a bowl.
Everything is cooked to order. The broths are simmered in-house, and the menu on this site is the same one the kitchen works from, prices included.
Who writes the journal
The journal comes straight out of this kitchen: bowl stories, prep notes, and whatever's new on the menu, written by the cooks and counter staff who make it. Every post is written by someone who has actually pulled the noodles and plated the bowl it describes.
